Exchange & Refund Policy

Exchange Policy:
  • Our exchange period is 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, with labels and tags still attached and undamaged.
  • Items wished to be exchanged must not be worn or used and returned in the packaging they were sent in.
  • Items can be exchanged with other products on our website or in our stores within 3 days or you can ask for store credit for future purchases.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

The allowed time for reporting an item or product ordered to be cancelled/replaced is before 1pm of the day following the day when the order was placed.

In order to cancel the order, an email must be sent to info@bdonna.co indicating the reason for cancellation in addition to the order number.

A refund will be granted in the following cases only:

  • The wrong product was sent by the merchant.
  • The product was damaged in shipping.
  • The product is defective.
  • Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed and depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
